Managing Organizational Change
BUSI 4133
Are you unsure of how to proceed with managing change in your organization? Working in small groups, students from the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Yorkville University will tackle a problem of your choice and develop possible solutions to overcome these challenges. Students will select the best solution, create a work plan, apply primary and secondary research methods; structure an argument logically and persuasively; customize a message for multiple audiences; and evaluate the findings to provide your organization with final recommendations that help you implement change successfully within your organization. In-person or virtually.
