Organizations are faced with an ongoing need to embrace change. From analysis, to planning, to implementation, the organizational change process is far from straightforward and requires careful management. This course prepares students to manage change in organizations throughout all the aforementioned stages. Students will learn about factors driving organizational change and transformation; contemporary change management models; how to make organizations change-ready; and how to develop change agents and reduce resistance to change.

  1. Literature Review exploring existing research in the field.

Project Examples

Requirements

Students in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.

Project activities might include but are not limited to:

  • Performing a detailed diagnosis of an organization undergoing change;
  • Serve as consultants, applying theoretical concepts learnt and;
  • Recommending a change management plan.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
