Greening the Supply Chain

You'll engage George Brown B411 International Business post-graduate certificate students in 1st semester, who are completing a required course: International Supply Chain Management. You will need to provide the students with a goal to focus on in the area of sustainability or greening the supply chain & competitive advantage. Phase 1 Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project. Phase 2 Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks. Phase 3 Outcome: Report and Presentation: Students will submit a detailed report on the outcomes of the project. Teams will also give a 15-20 minute presentations on their findings, in the last class. Organization representative(s) are invited to attend these presentations.
