Daniella was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Growing up in a multicultural city like Toronto, Daniella was exposed to various cultural practices that help maintain overall well-being. Growing up in a lower socioeconomic environment, her mother taught her to achieve and maintain clear skin and healthy hair on a budget. As she entered her teen years, she began experiencing colorism, causing her to use skin bleaching and chemical relaxing products to lighten her skin colour and straighten her hair.
Ofori will challenge this perspective and change the hearts and minds of BIPOC consumers for the greater good of society. Combining my love for holistic living and health, Daniella obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing and brought her knowledge into her practice. Daniella's passion for hair and skin has led her to launch her own hair and skincare line to enhance the confidence and quality of life of those struggling with their skin and type 4 hair. - Companies

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers.We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our companyโs products, marketing goals and target market.Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content.Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails.Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing and improving designs based on feedback.

We are looking to launch a new business and would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop a financial business plan. We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to potential investors.The plan should include:Sales forecastingExpense budget (what to do if budget is unavailable)Income projections (conservative and aggressive)Assets and liabilitiesBreak-even analysis
Awareness Video Creation
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We โโwant to increase awareness about a particular topic.We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals.Document of ideas of ways to appeal to consumers via videoRecording a presentation or screencast to raise awareness on the issue.Finding and applying suitable background music.Adding text, transitions, and overlays to the video.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback.Recommending ideas and editing tools for future awareness videos.
On-line Training Course/Seminar Development
We would like to develop an on-line training course that teaches business owners how to use our product.This project should focus on:Gathering relevant course design and content information from interviews with key stakeholders.Assessing existing on-line training platforms and recommending the best platform for this course. (free if possible)Creative ideas for educational content deliveryThe bulk of the project would be course design, but may include some content creation.
