These will be first year students in the Introduction to Project Management course (Bachelor of Business Administration degree program). This course emphasizes the need for linking the strategic plans of organizations to project selection, organizational structures, and the sociocultural and technical dimensions of projects, as well as how a project manager’s focus needs to shift at different stages of a project life cycle. General Parameters: Virtual student participation (In light of COVID-19 restrictions), supervision of student by organization's personnel, completed Hour Tracking sheet, and end-of-project/participation evaluation.
