Through this work, students will develop practical communication materials to educate property owners on responsible pet ownership and the benefits of allowing pets in rental properties. Washington, DC Historical Housing Research Project

Attache Corporate Housing aims to enhance its understanding of the historical significance and architectural evolution of these properties. The project will involve gathering historical data, architectural details, and any notable events associated with each house. This research will provide valuable insights into the cultural and historical context of the properties, aiding Attache Corporate Housing in marketing and client engagement. The project will require students to apply research methodologies, data analysis, and historical documentation skills learned in their coursework. The tasks will include archival research, data compilation, and report writing, ensuring a cohesive and informative final product.
