Amirali has worked as a management consultant & leadership coach on an international scale for over 25 years. He has 2 masters degrees: International Relations, Economics & Diplomacy from the University of London (SOAS) and Foreign Languages, Political Geography, & Education from the Justus Liebig Universitaet in Germany.
He has worked with clients such as Unilever, Siemens & Henkel.
Between 2001 & 2005 Amirali was editor of a political-economic monthly, Iran Focus, published by the UK-based Means Associates.
He has experience advising companies on industry regulations management, stakeholder classification & management, & reputation management.
During the past 15 years, Amirali has been focusing on leadership development and coaching as well as corporate culture projects for multinational corporations and local companies. The basis for his services is neuroscience.
