Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Awareness Campaign Plan

Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We ​​want to increase awareness about a particular topic. New Product Marketing

We would like to revamp our marketing as we have recently developed a new product. Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this new product. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts. Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers. Designing promotional material for various media. Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.

Product Launch Strategy

We want to expand our organization by introducing new ways to raise funds. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. We want to make an app where we can connect with our donars. We would like to collaborate with students to implement some app updates. These updates will help us provide new features and fix bugs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Identifying updates that should be added to our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement.

We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Data Collection Research Assistant

We would like to collaborate with students to support our interview process by assisting in data collection and verification of results. This will provide us with prepared datasets that are ready for further analysis. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with interview procedures and participating in training activities. Assisting researchers in contacting participants and setting up interviews. Recording, organizing, and storing results according to conventions. Verifying that data is recorded accurately. Accessibility Testing

We would like to collaborate with students to conduct accessibility tests on our website with pre-identified customers. Reaching out to customers and scheduling interviews. Familiarizing themselves with the test tasks that should be administered. Conducting accessibility tests remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation. Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results of the tests.
