We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our family-owned restaurant has been in operation for over 25 years in the greater Edmonton area. Reduce Employee Turnover

Recently we have seen a decrease in the life cycle of our employees. Previously, individuals progressed through one or more roles within the organization over 2-5 years before leaving and moving onto new organizations. This has significantly decreased and we are unable to pinpoint what the exact reason for this might be. With employee turnover at an all-time high, we are finding that this to be expensive for our organization from a hiring standpoint, but also from a cultural/moral standpoint. Your goal is to find out how to increase our employee lifecycle and find the optimal way to hire employees, and what to look for in our employees to allow us to have a longer employee lifecycle.

Brand Identity and Graphic Design

Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand through our website and social media. This would include identifying areas of improvement, graphic design, and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness.
