What we need to clearly identify is product-customer fit - who will financially support (sponsors) our product. One this established, then we need to uncover how best to tell our winning story to engage our customers (sponsors). The deliverables, as outlined in your summary, sound just like what we are looking for!

For our initial launch we have chosen the Caribbean because we have first hand knowledge of the region. Also these small island nations are at the front line of climate change and are most vulnerable to extreme weather.It would be extremely beneficial to have some insights into what we can anticipate going global - beyond the Caribbean. We have done a extensive market/user research and have determined proof of concept and are quite confident of the product-market fit.
