• Student will provide critical project management duties in the implementation of Beta Launch of a new Digital P2P Community
• The student will be involved in managing processes around team coordination, project management, roadmaps, social media marketing and growth analysis
• The student will also use communication skills to collaborate effectively and manage team members objectives, tasks and timelines
• The student will oversee the planning, execution and ongoing Roadmap development for the digital Community.
• The student will ensure the team members provide engagement enhancement and support for the community to help scale community participation, connections and content sharing.

- Overall Project Management - managing Team activities/tasks, including write & share weekly Team reports with Founder

- Keep up-tp-date the project roadmap, including team Team workflows and timelines - and - make improvements

- Monitor Onboarding process for digital community - recommend new efficiencies

- Oversee objectives to identify, target and report projected impact analysis

- Develop/iterate welcome initiatives for new members of our digital community

- Develop ideas to increase member engagement and community member's interaction

- Develop easy solutions to guide new users on how to use our digital community platform.

- Suggest ways to more efficiently deliver knowledge sharing partner assets, events and information to community members

- Devise enhanced methods to encourage member participation as we scale the community

- Ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs - applying understanding using data analytics and insights to grow and nurture the digital community

• A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project - implementing weekly "mentor office hours" and a Slack channel for regular team communication
• A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the internship program to review the project scope.
• A supervisor will be assigned to the student to provide a performance evaluation of the student if necessary.
