🎓 Welcome to Conestoga's Organizational Consulting Skills Capstone Program!Conestoga College presents a unique opportunity to work with our highly motivated students in the Organizational Consulting Skills course. This capstone experience is divided into two vital sections: Capstone 1 and Capstone 2.Capstone 1 kicks off in the Fall 2023 semester, and we're urging employers to act quickly. During this phase, students will work closely with you to craft a comprehensive project proposal, tailored to your specific HR consultancy needs. This proposal will be in progress by mid-November, so don't wait—apply ASAP to secure your spot!Capstone 2, the project implementation phase, follows Capstone 1. Once the proposal is refined and approved, students will dive into the project, applying their acquired skills and knowledge to provide valuable solutions.Conestoga College is hosting several experience pages, each managed by different educators, and with diverse learner profiles.
