Growth Marketing Project
As a Growth Marketing Associate , you’ll play an essential role in planning and executing marketing strategies that bring Pondr’s vision to life. You’ll dedicate 3–4 hours per week (fully remote) to develop content, support campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to refine messaging and initiatives. Who you are Ability to commit to the 12-week internship during winter 2024–spring 2025. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Self-starter mindset with a willingness to work independently and take initiative. Foundational knowledge of digital, content, or social media marketing. Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience growing social media channels or managing online communities. Knowledge of SEO, blog writing, or TikTok content creation. Previous experience in a similar marketing role.

Frontend Web Development Project 1.1
The main goal of this project is to add frontend functionality for a feature to Pondr's web app. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Designing the feature's user interface. - Developing the feature's frontend code. - Testing the feature for usability and performance. - Optimizing the feature's code for better performance. - Researching other variables that can improve the feature's usability. - Accounting for additional variables in the feature's code.

Pondr Web Presence Enhancement Campaign
Pondr, a company focused on expanding its digital footprint, seeks to enhance its web presence through targeted growth marketing campaigns. The goal of this project is to design and implement a strategic marketing plan that leverages digital channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation to develop a comprehensive campaign. The project will involve researching current market trends, identifying target audiences, and crafting compelling content that resonates with potential users. By the end of the project, learners will have gained practical experience in executing a marketing campaign from conception to evaluation, ensuring alignment with Pondr's brand objectives.

Backend API Endpoints Project 2
The main goal for the project is to develop backend API endpoints for a JavaScript Chrome extension web application for Pondr. The API endpoints will be used to integrate bookmarking with the user's calendar and find the best time for the user to revisit saved webpages. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the requirements and functionality of the JavaScript Chrome extension web application. - Designing and developing backend API endpoints to support the integration of bookmarking with the user's calendar. - Testing the API endpoints to ensure seamless integration with the web application. - Documenting the API endpoints for future reference and maintenance.
