Details

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll play an essential role in planning and executing marketing strategies that bring Pondr’s vision to life. You’ll dedicate 3–4 hours per week (fully remote) to develop content, support campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to refine messaging and initiatives.


Who you are

  • Ability to commit to the 12-week internship during winter 2024–spring 2025.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to work independently and take initiative.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital, content, or social media marketing.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience growing social media channels or managing online communities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, blog writing, or TikTok content creation.
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role.



Deliverables

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Develop and coordinate engaging content for Pondr’s marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas aligned with Pondr’s branding.
  • Manage and grow Pondr’s social media presence across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to craft clear messaging and positioning.
  • Support the Product Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies.
