The organization focuses on key areas such as HIV/HCV, Harm Reduction, 2S-LGBTQIA+, PWLLE/PWUD Healthcare, wrap-around services, and holistic supports. The goal of this project is to develop a new strategic plan along with an operational implementation plan that will guide the organization for the next five years. The plan should address the needs of priority populations including PWLLE, PWUD, Women, Indigenous, and ACB communities. This project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge in strategic planning, healthcare, and community services to create a comprehensive and actionable plan.
- A detailed strategic plan document outlining the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies for the next five years.
- An operational implementation plan that includes timelines, responsible parties, and key performance indicators.
- A presentation summarizing the strategic plan and implementation plan for stakeholders.
- A report on the research and analysis conducted to inform the strategic plan, including stakeholder feedback and best practices in the field.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
