Main Goal for This Project:

The primary objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy a WhatsApp-based AI lead generation agent using MAKE, n8n, and Zapier, integrated with CRM systems via API connections. This agent will engage potential leads automatically, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and deliver them into a CRM for follow-up, helping scale the client’s outreach and sales processes.

The outcome is a fully functional AI agent tailored for women-led businesses, capable of automating inbound lead generation via WhatsApp, with possible extensions to LinkedIn.

Project Scope and Expectations:

During this project, students will:

  • Research and evaluate MAKE, n8n, and ZAPE as AI automation platforms.
  • Conduct a needs analysis for integrating WhatsApp with CRM systems using API keys.
  • Design a WhatsApp AI agent prototype capable of simulating human-like lead engagement.
  • Develop API connections between WhatsApp, the AI agent, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable).
  • Test the AI agent with sample data and refine workflows based on feedback.
  • Provide technical documentation and user guidelines for deployment.
