Objective:

Design and develop a chatbot or conversational agent that can assist users in using a 3D product configurator. This agent should understand user inputs, suggest product features, and guide the configuration process.


Tasks & Activities:

  • Define key user intents and interactions relevant to 3D product configuration.
  • Use a conversational AI platform like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Azure Bot Service.
  • Connect the chatbot to the 3D configurator UI via API or frontend integration.
  • Implement natural language understanding for common user requests.
  • Test chatbot flows with real user prompts.
