I would like the learners to create a detailed business plan of how and where to take GuysWithRides.com. I've remained self-funded to this point, but I need a business plan before I start to solicit VC funding.
After nearly four years, my dealer-free collector car website, www.guyswithrides.com, is at a crossroads. I had hoped that by this point in time, I would have grown it far enough for it to self-sustain and perhaps draw a small salary from it. I need to confirm whether I can grow it beyond the pace I have completed to date as well as where I should focus my efforts to maximize the growth.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Since I'm located in Flemington, I can meet with the student team regularly in person or via Zoom to answer any questions. I can provide the team access to my website and my license to SEMRush to help with the competitive analysis.
Depending on the size of the team and the quality of work, I can offer each member a modest stipend as well as free coffee/breakfast/lunch if and when we meet in person.
