- What is the main goal for this project?

We are a boutique financial services firm that focuses on retirement and financial planning for institutional clients with a focus towards public education employees. Our firm target markets to our niche client. We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing customers.
We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.
- Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails.
- Designing evergreen campaigns - possibly including but not limited to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), “How To” Guides, tutorials, or industry resources.
- Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails.
- Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending email marketing tools.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
