The output should be a Website Redesign Brief document which will contain all the information on this project that our company can send to design firms and get their proposals.
Our goals are to:
- Upgrade our Overall Website.
- Increase Traffic.
- Increase Conversions and Leads.
- Set the site up to start marketing campaigns.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Website Analytics
- SEO Audit
- Conversion Rate of Visits to Actions
- Traffic Analysis Over Time
- Traffic Sources
- User Behavior
- Bounce Rate
- Completed Actions / Goal Completion
- Define Buyer Personas to help optimize the homepage and key landing pages. (Enhance user experience)
- *optional* - Do a detailed survey with defined buyer personas to help envision what the site should look like and contain, or a detailed survey on the user experience of our current website to see what improvements can be made.
- Using tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Figma to design prototypes that can be implemented into our marketing collateral.
- Prepare a Cost Plan for the Website.
- Create a presentation document that our company can use to brief design firms.

1. We will give the students access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales, brand collateral, and more.
2. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators for research.
3. We will provide all our current assets, logos, and marketing documents that we are using now.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

- This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design with Adobe CC, Figma, CorelDraw, and other tools.
- Creative Thinking.
- General Knowledge on Website Design / Development.
- General Knowledge of UI / UX Principles and Design.
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Public Cloud, like Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and such would be a huge plus.
- Graphics Design skills and capabilities are a plus.
