The goal is to provide students with real-world experience while achieving critical milestones for our agency's evolution.
Students will work on tasks and deliverables that are clearly defined and relevant to their fields of study, including project coordination, marketing strategy, content creation, and video editing. Each role requires foundational skills in the respective area, with room for growth and mentorship throughout the project.
The scope of the project is carefully structured to be achievable within approximately 60 hours, spread across the 8-week timeline. By focusing on specific, measurable outcomes—such as developing branding assets, refining a marketing strategy, and delivering high-quality content—students will be able to grasp the project’s depth and importance. Additionally, weekly check-ins, milestone reviews, and access to team support ensure that students are well-equipped to meet expectations and feel confident in their contributions.

During this project, students will work collaboratively in designated roles—Project Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Content Marketer, and Video Editor—to achieve project objectives. Each role has defined responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals while allowing students to focus on their area of expertise.
The project scope includes the following:
- Development of branding assets such as updated logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan for the rebrand rollout.
- Production of engaging content, including blog posts, social media assets, and email campaigns, aligned with the new brand identity.
- Editing and delivery of high-quality video materials, such as promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
To ensure feasibility within the 60-hour timeframe, the project is divided into milestones with weekly check-ins and clear deliverables for each role.
