Project scope

What is the main goal for this project?: we need assistance developing an outreach process and reach out to potential clients and follow up. We would like you to prospect, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market and execute
The project may include, but is not limited to:
Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.
Compiling relevant market information.
Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and execute strategy.

I would need 2 students 70 hours (French or English-speaking intrapreneurs are welcome)

Content Creation
We will create content and revamp the website and create an app
Analyse the data and see how we can grow our transactions
