The main goal of the project is to kickstart email marketing for Artnbuff Platform by cleaning up, enriching, and segmenting the current email list, obtaining opt-ins from recipients, and planning and designing content for a monthly newsletter.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Email list cleanup and segmentation
- Analyzing the current email list.
- Removing invalid email addresses
- Enriching with demographic data from internal and external sources. Segmenting the contact list.
- Developing a strategy to obtain double opt-ins from the recipients.
- Planning and designing content for a monthly newsletter that aligns with the company's mission and vision.
