What is the main goal for this project?

The interns will work together to develop a strategic marketing plan that will help our clothing brand sell our products to major retailers and drive sales on our e-commerce site. The plan will include recommendations for the marketing mix, social media, external analysis, and integrated online/offline communication strategies. The interns will deliver a comprehensive report and presentation outlining their research, analysis, and recommendations for the company to implement.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
  1. To review our current marketing strategy and provide recommendations on how we can improve and leverage it based on our organization's budget.
  2. To develop sustainable strategies related to the Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, and Promotion) that will attract major retailers and drive sales on our e-commerce site.
  3. To analyze how we can leverage social media channels to reach different customer groups and increase our online presence.
  4. To conduct an external analysis that includes customer, competitor, market, and environment analysis, as well as an evaluation of our current marketing mix performance.
  5. To develop an integrated online/offline communication strategy that includes pop-up stores, outdoor display ads, and app features recommendations to promote our brand to major retailers and drive sales on our e-commerce site.
How will you support learners in completing the project?
  1. Provide a comprehensive onboarding process: Provide a detailed overview of the project, including project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Also, ensure that the student has access to all necessary tools and resources required to complete the project.
