Conscious Brands Incorporated aims to develop a dynamic, membership-based platform tailored for impact professionals. The platform will feature an evergreen library of courses, live cohorts, and a community-driven network. To ensure the platform's success and sustainability, MBA co-op students will conduct comprehensive market research. This research will focus on the current landscape of online academies/ communities catering to impact professionals. Key areas of investigation will include pricing models, course content criteria such as length and format, and other critical market intelligence. The insights gathered will inform the platform's development, growth strategies, and overall viability, ensuring it meets the needs of its target audience effectively.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a detailed market research report that includes:


- An analysis of existing online academies for impact professionals.


- Recommendations on pricing models and course content criteria.


- Strategic insights for platform development and growth.


This report will serve as a foundational document to guide Conscious Brands Incorporated in creating a competitive and sustainable platform.
