Tasks and Activities:
Ideation & Research:

Design & Prototyping:

- Graphic Asset Development: Design peripheral visuals such as icons, splash screens, and marketing banners that complement the app's concept.
Development & Integration:
- Core App Development: Use Flutter to implement the MVP, integrating APIs (e.g., Google Maps) for interactive mapping.

User Testing & Iteration:
