- What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of the project is to support the content creation for Synclusiv Inc.'s social media accounts. Learners will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing engaging content across our social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online community.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:
- Content Creation: Develop innovative and compelling content (including but not limited to images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and written posts) tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube).
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars aligned with the overall marketing strategy and campaign objectives.
- Visual Storytelling: Use visual storytelling techniques to communicate brand messages, showcase products/services, and evoke emotions among our target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to incorporate into content strategies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to foster meaningful interactions and build relationships.
- Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The team will support and supervise the intern in understanding the Marketing and Communications strategy and will support the execution of this strategy. The intern will be integrated into the team meetings so they can gain an understanding of how a consulting firm works and to gain a deeper understanding of DE&I.
