This project will support Avon Staffing in strengthening its digital footprint to attract both qualified job candidates and healthcare facility clients. Learners will manage digital marketing efforts across social media platforms, enhance the company’s website for improved visibility and usability, and support SEO strategy to reach target audiences. The team will also track and report on engagement outcomes, offering real-time value while reinforcing the company’s long-standing mission and identity.

Key Tasks by Week

Week 1: Onboarding & Discovery

  • Kickoff meeting with Avon Staffing and Christian (AscentUP)
  • Review current website, social media presence, and company materials
  • Clarify audiences: job seekers (clinical and non-clinical) and client facilities
  • Identify platform access and available assets

Week 2: Digital Audit & Strategy Drafting

  • Conduct basic SEO audit and competitor scan
  • Evaluate existing social media content and identify gaps
  • Propose content categories and weekly posting schedule
  • Draft target keyword list and engagement tactics

Week 3: Campaign Development & Early Execution

  • Design and write content for first round of social posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Create graphics/templates if needed
  • Begin posting open job ads and branded messages
  • Begin testing keyword implementation strategies

Week 4: Website & UX Review

  • Audit website for clarity, accessibility, and user experience
  • Suggest light structural edits (navigation, messaging, visual consistency)
  • Continue campaign execution and monitor platform engagement

Week 5: Optimization & Outreach Expansion

  • Expand social presence to additional platforms (e.g., Indeed, Threads, YouTube Shorts)
  • Analyze click-throughs, engagement, and performance data
  • Generate metrics to measure long term project success (activity and engagement increases)

Week 6: Reporting & Wrap-Up

  • Finalize social content calendar and posting guidance
  • Deliver SEO summary and performance snapshot
  • Present all findings, insights, and recommendations in a final report
