Swelio is a CRM designed for individual realtors. To market Swelio indirectly, we want to create a free platform specifically for realtor referrals. This platform will allow any realtor to create a profile, showcase their expertise, and connect with other realtors—whether in their own region or different areas—to exchange client referrals.

Why is this valuable? Real estate licensing is typically restricted to specific states or regions, meaning realtors often need trusted partners in other areas to refer clients to. Additionally, residential realtors frequently refer clients to commercial realtors, creating a natural network of collaboration.

Beyond realtor-to-realtor referrals, we will expand the platform to include other real estate-related professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and real estate photographers. This will allow realtors to receive and send referrals across multiple services within their industry, creating a broader and more valuable professional network.

While the platform will be completely free to use, we will offer an optional verification badge for around $5 per month. This verification will help realtors build trust, increase credibility, and improve their visibility within the platform—similar to Instagram’s verification model. By facilitating these connections and adding a layer of credibility, our platform provides real value to realtors.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a fully functional web platform where realtors can register, create profiles, showcase their expertise, and manage referrals with other realtors and real estate-related professionals. The platform must support connections across different regions, facilitating referrals between residential and commercial realtors, as well as professionals like mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and real estate photographers. Additionally, it should be developed in a way that allows for future integration with Swelio if needed. The deliverables should also include comprehensive documentation detailing the platform's functionality and user guides to help realtors navigate it effectively.
