What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create a social media campaign that will help boost engagement for CTS Incentives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the target audience and understanding their preferences and behaviors on social media.


- Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.


- Developing a content calendar and scheduling posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.


- Implementing strategies to increase follower engagement, such as contests, polls, and interactive posts.


- Analyzing the performance of the social media campaign and making adjustments based on the data.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- Research report on the target audience and their social media preferences.


- Content calendar with scheduled posts for a specified period.


- Engaging and relevant social media content for multiple platforms.


- Analysis of the social media campaign's performance and recommendations for improvement.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive report detailing the social media campaign strategy, content, and performance analysis.


- A presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations for boosting engagement.


How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • Available to meet with learners online chat three times a week for an hour a week;
  • Available to respond to emails daily;

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:


- Social media marketing and content creation.


- Audience research and analysis.


- Data analysis and performance tracking on social media platforms.


- Communication and presentation skills.



Nice to haves for students include:


- Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing social media content.


- Knowledge of social media advertising and promotion strategies.



Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
