 Project Description:

This project will support a Canadian tech startup focused on inclusive employment solutions in developing a comprehensive financial and market entry strategy for Canada and the U.S. The student team will conduct in-depth competitive analysis, market research, and financial modeling to guide the company’s next phase of growth.


Key deliverables include:


  • Market entry strategy report for the U.S. and/or Canadian expansion
  • SWOT and competitive landscape analysis in HR tech and accessibility sectors
  • Detailed 3–5 year financial projections including fundraising requirements
  • Diversified revenue model and monetization strategy
  • Comprehensive business plan and executive summary
  • Marketing and outreach strategy for key segments (employers, government, nonprofits)
  • Investor-ready pitch presentation and funding roadmap
  • Risk and mitigation strategy
  • Financial statement and ratio analysis to assess fiscal stability


Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed report and presentation outlining the proposed financial and market expansion strategy. Key components will involve a market analysis, financial projections, and strategic recommendations for market entry and growth. Additionally, learners will provide a SWOT analysis to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the target markets. The deliverables will offer Enabled Talent a clear roadmap for expanding its operations in Canada and the U.S.
