The Nanaimo Fringe Festival is celebrating its 15th anniversary and aims to enhance its fundraising and membership campaign to ensure the festival's sustainability and growth. The primary goal is to increase donor engagement and expand the supporter base, which will provide essential funds for festival operations, artist support, and community programming. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of event planning, marketing, and fundraising strategies. The student will be responsible for developing a comprehensive campaign plan that includes innovative fundraising ideas, effective communication strategies, and community engagement activities. By focusing on building lasting connections with patrons and partners, the project seeks to create a strong foundation for future festival success.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed campaign plan outlining strategies for donor engagement and supporter base expansion. The team will also create marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content, to promote the campaign.
