Xsette is looking for a Technical Team Lead Engineer to help supervise a team of five engineers working in advanced cryptosecurity, specifically in the production of an encryption engine.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

This person will act as a player/technical coach to the team, setting coding, training team members, selecting tools, and setting practice standards as well as providing guidance to the junior engineers on the team. The technical team lead will also interact with the Program Manager, System Architects, and SME to collaborate in developing and planning the direction for software development.
