This project aims to develop a focused and data-driven marketing strategy to expand the reach of JDH Immigration’s business immigration services. With a particular emphasis on Startup Visa and investor pathways, the goal is to identify and define high-potential customer segments, evaluate the competitive landscape, and propose a detailed multi-channel strategy aligned with emerging immigration trends. Students will support the organization in refining its messaging, identifying ideal marketing channels, and creating a roadmap for effective outreach. The goal is to build a replicable strategy that enhances visibility, generates leads, and builds brand credibility.

Deliverables

Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify target demographics and client personas for business immigration services.

Perform competitive analysis of at least 5 similar firms offering business immigration support.

Research current marketing trends specific to immigration consultancies (digital campaigns, lead gen tactics, referral strategies).

Propose a tailored marketing strategy covering social media, email marketing, and thought leadership approaches.

Final deliverable: A strategic marketing plan document including SWOT analysis, channel-specific recommendations, sample content themes, and KPIs for tracking effectiveness.
