- What is the main goal for this project?

The Harris Brand is in need of a Marketing Specialist. The Company has seen a major decline in revenue and market share. Students will need to prepare and execute a whole new branding and marketing plan that will cause the company to pivot in a positive upward trajectory.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns, targeting the demographic data of their target audience and then develop a clear and precise market plan.
The individuals will also be responsible for the development and implementation of multiple-platform marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, develop pricing strategies for merch and product drops while working with a team to develop more awareness of what our brand offers.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with company owners and sales team to oversee product development, online sales management and after-sales customer service engagement.
Students will have the full support of our companies tech support, admin and our companies virtual and physical resources.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Students should have basic knowledge of most, if not all social media platforms, Microsoft Office applications, online sales and marketing tools/platforms ie. Shopify & Squarespace.
