Hidden Gemz is seeking a creative team of learners to develop a series of social media ad campaigns that capture the essence of exploring a city with a sense of wonder and excitement. The goal is to create ads that evoke feelings of nostalgia and romance, similar to catching up with a new friend or experiencing a memorable date night. These campaigns will be shared across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The project provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, storytelling, and content creation to craft compelling narratives that resonate with Hidden Gemz target audience. The challenge is to balance creativity with strategic marketing to ensure the ads are both engaging and effective in promoting the brand's experiences.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a series of short video ads, each tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Additionally, students will provide a brief report outlining the creative process, target audience analysis, and the rationale behind their chosen themes and storytelling techniques. The final deliverables that would be posted as a ready to use content should demonstrate an understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience engagement tactics.

We provide a city-exploration platform that sells bookable year-round, self-guided experiences designed for friends, couples, and newcomers to explore multiple local spots in a single day. Our experiences include a meal, an activity, and a dessert, all covered by a single ticket.

This approach not only promotes social interaction and city exploration but also drives revenue to local businesses. Each participating business receives a portion of the ticket sales directly when someone visits with a ticket. Hidden Gemz actively markets these bookable experiences to attract new customers, enhancing the visibility and appeal of local spots.
