Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal of this project is to plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the model company's data, systems and networks.


Learners will engage in a comprehensive project that includes the application of advanced AI tools and methodologies to develop a cybersecurity framework tailored to the unique needs and objectives of a model company.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


  • Analysing the existing security measures of the model company and create / offer suggestions for our security policy
  • Analyzing networks and systems and assessing areas for improvement
  • Researching other security measures that can be implemented
  • Review the process for vulnerability testing and help develop any best proactive policies to keep up with the current cybersecurity landscape 
  • Detecting and analysing any incidents, review incident reporting, and create an incident response plan
  • Develop a framework for selecting and implementing appropriate cybersecurity standards and compliances that align with the business objectives and risk profile of the Model Company.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas where the Model Company’s cybersecurity practices can be improved.
  • Work on integrating Cyberometrics’ AI components, such as Generative AI and Planning AI, to enhance the cybersecurity architecture.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity training and awareness programs within the Model Company and propose improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity concerns and incorporate their feedback into the security strategy.
  • Explore innovative cybersecurity technologies and methodologies, and assess their applicability to the Model Company's context.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for the cybersecurity measures recommended for the Model Company.


In this project, learners will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with a team of cybersecurity experts to gain practical insights into the application of AI in cybersecurity.
  • Utilize Cyberometrics' innovative AI-driven tools for cybersecurity analysis and strategic planning.
  • Engage in real-time simulations to test and refine cybersecurity measures.
  • Work on developing a comprehensive cybersecurity maturity model suitable for a model company, taking into account various compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Create a detailed report and presentation summarizing their findings, recommendations, and the proposed cybersecurity roadmap for the Model Company.
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance their understanding of the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.


How will you support learners in completing the project?

A walk through of the product, mentorship time with our engineering team and overall supervision


  • Dedicated Mentorship: Regular one-on-one sessions with members of our experienced cybersecurity and AI engineering teams. These sessions will offer guidance, address challenges, and provide insights into industry best practices.
  • Comprehensive Training Material: Provision of educational resources, tutorials, and documentation related to our cybersecurity methodologies, AI applications in security, and general industry knowledge.
  • Regular Feedback and Performance Reviews: Constructive feedback sessions will be conducted to track progress, address any gaps, and ensure that learning objectives are being met.
