What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to develop an AI-based SaMD and/or Software API to display smart inhaler, health metrics, and mIoT feedback to patients and/or healthcare providers. Additionally, the project aims to develop the basic scientific principles for an AI-based SaMD for Purcell, a medical device company working on smart respiratory products and SaMD.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Tasks for learners to complete include:


- Researching and understanding the requirements for displaying smart inhaler, health metrics, and mIoT feedback through AI-based SaMD and Software API.


- Developing the AI-based SaMD and/or Software API to meet the specified requirements.


- Testing the developed AI-based SaMD and/or Software API for functionality and accuracy.


- Documenting the scientific principles for the AI-based SaMD and presenting them to the company.



Final deliverables should include:


- Developed AI-based SaMD and/or Software API.


- Testing documentation and results.


- Scientific principles documentation and presentation materials.
