Strello Health is a startup offering Front Desk AI support for Medical Clinics and Hospitals. We launched in June 2024, but have not raised any funds yet.


We have two goals:

1) Design User Dashboard -- customers need a dashboard to review the AI and its functionality (eg calls received, calls managed, outcomes, etc). We'll help guide what this may look like


2) Redesign our website - we are in desperate need for a revamp.

Deliverables
  1. Project Plan- produce 2 deliverables during the course of the internship
  2. Review requirements and existing designs- We will meet to help you understand our company, goals, and vision. You will then familiarize yourselves with the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
  3. Milestone 1: Redesign website
  4. Milestone 2: Design user dashboard prototype in Figma
  5. Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

We focus on the nuts-and-bolts of the clinic operation, i.e. the back-end including phone line management, fax management, and eventually integrating into the electronic charts. We have over 50 doctors who have signed on for our service since starting in June 2024.
