The current manual process is time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies and a suboptimal client experience.
The goal of this project is to streamline the intake, asset collection, document setup, and communication processes by integrating tools such as Google Drive, Zapier, and Discord. This integration will reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and provide a seamless experience for new clients.
The project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization, focusing on creating a cohesive system that meets the company's needs.
The project will deliver a fully functional automated onboarding system tailored for V13 Media Group's specific requirements.
Key deliverables include a detailed workflow diagram, a set of automated processes using Google Drive, Zapier, and Discord, and a comprehensive user guide for staff training. Additionally, a testing and feedback report will be provided to ensure the system's effectiveness and identify areas for future improvement.
