- What is the main goal for this project?

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish contents that are relevant to our client’s base and to the company’s image.
- Respond to messages on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement campaign marketing on all social media platforms.
- Do market research for development of posts with specific contents that will be provided.
- Engage with relevant social media trends and popular platforms to expand and enrich THELAR’s outreach.
- Analyze and report on the activity on social media platforms and the company’s website.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s archive of digital images, videos, and other contents.
- Reach out to different online groups and communities to promote the company’s services, projects, and events.
- Respond to posts or comments to bring value to user's interactions with THELAR.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- ·Continuously update the company’s social media accounts.
- Post updates, news, and announcements in a timely manner using appropriate contents.
- Grow THELAR online social networks.
- Maintain current information in Google+, Google Business and LinkedIn accounts.
- Take pictures and videos of events to be developed into content for THELAR website, and social media pages.
- Upload THELAR photos and videos to the appropriate server or Dropbox account.
- Regularly observe the online activity of model organizations' research and report on “social media best practices".
- Complete other research projects as assigned; analytics and reporting included.
- Use Google Analytics to assess trends and activity on THELAR website.
- Use Facebook and other social media Insights to assess trends and activity on THELAR’s pages.
- Review data on the performance of social media platforms and adjust plans or strategies to optimize reach.

Eligibility
- This is a part-time internship, and we require that you bring your own computer to complete internship projects and tasks.
- While the internship is unpaid, we can provide a stipend to cover travel and any work-related expenses.
- Candidates should maintain a positive attitude under pressure, exhibit a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities.
- Candidates should be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks in a start-up environment.
- Interns will be working remotely and on-site.
