Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create and publish contents that are relevant to our client’s base and to the company’s image.Respond to messages on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Develop and implement campaign marketing on all social media platforms.Do market research for development of posts with specific contents that will be provided.Engage with relevant social media trends and popular platforms to expand and enrich THELAR’s outreach.Analyze and report on the activity on social media platforms and the company’s website.Assist in maintaining the company’s archive of digital images, videos, and other contents. Reach out to different online groups and communities to promote the company’s services, projects, and events.Respond to posts or comments to bring value to user's interactions with THELAR.

Marketing Strategy for company expansion

THELAR Management Group is currently expanding to become a leading communication company serving as a hub for government agencies, nonprofit and corporates that need to reach out the Haitian market globally. We want students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:How should we promote our company?What channels should we utilize?What budget is appropriate for advertising?What messaging should we use?

Website Content Creation

Background:At the moment, THELAR Management Group is going through a deep restructuring of the company architecture. To follow this need of change our website is being remade from scratch. We already have developers who are working on the structure of the website, but we are in need of young brilliant professionals who can put their mind into populating our website in the best way possible. Here is were we need your help! We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Responsibilities:• Create engaging and compelling content/marketing collateral (web, brochure, presentation, audioand video productions, social media posts, blogs, newspapers, magazines) to increase companyawareness.• Assist with SEO projects to optimize content and improve company visibility online.• Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns and track effectiveness through marketingautomation tools.• Research and create content ideas to reach out the diverse targeted audiences.• Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our storyRequirements:• Studying English, Journalism, or related degree.• Strong writing and editing skills.• Excellent analytical skills.• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup.• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a huge plus.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress CMS a plus.• Fluent in Creole, French, and/or Spanish a plus.If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.A student or team with excellent writing and creative skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
