What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to support the development of an employee handbook outlining all of Synclusiv Inc.'s policies. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the existing policies and procedures of Synclusiv Inc.


- Collaborating with the HR team to identify any gaps or areas for improvement in the current policies.


- Drafting and writing the content for the employee handbook.


- Reviewing and revising the handbook based on feedback from the HR team and other stakeholders.


- Formatting and designing the handbook for a professional and user-friendly layout.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive employee handbook outlining all of Synclusiv Inc.'s policies and procedures.


- Documentation of the research and analysis conducted on the existing policies.


- Drafts and revisions of the handbook based on feedback.


- A final designed and formatted employee handbook ready for distribution to employees.
