Overall the experience was excellent. Right from the the first communication with Ingo and all the way through with the students. Everything was every professional and organized.

They were very professional in their work ethic and kept the whole course flow very smooth and easy to handle on our side. We are very very happy with the outcome of our collaboration with them.

The team who worked on the Demographic Targeting and social media were very professional and invested. They worked very conscientiously on this project and were very patient with me, who knows very little about how to effectively use Social Media and to try to encourage more followers.

Right from the start, I was impressed with the team. The introduction was very professional - better than most companies I've been dealing with in the past. They developed great ideas and a thorough implementation plan. We will continue to implement their suggestions throughout the next few months. They truly went over and above. The comprehensive visualization was extremely helpful in understanding the data and strategies presented. I would love to work with the members of this team again.

The project team was focused, engaged, flexible and worked with us to develop a realistic and scalable plan. The team developed their organizational structure to leverage the unique talents and abilities of each member of the team. Communication and coordination through a single point of contact ensured that engagement was efficient use of our time and talent.

This group of Schulich students were an absolute pleasure to work with. They really took the time to ask questions and fully understand our business and our challenges. The students were very well prepared, even at the first meeting. They had already done a lot of research on our company. The questions they asked were well-thought out and the final report we received had valid points. It was a pleasure working with this team.

In the end, the team did a great job. Throughout the project though, there were communications gaps. They would go weeks & weeks without answering an email. I think they failed to make sure one person was in charge of communications. They offered to answer follow-up questions at our last email but we never heard back from them. Their final project was great though.

The team presented an insightful strategy and report that will help us refine our strategy. The time involved on our end was just right.
