Virtual Project Opportunity: Bring on one or more student/(s) from Fanshawe College in the Chemical Laboratory Technology program to conduct a project-based experience. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the summer term connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Students are available to engage in a employer-lead virtual project from June 1st to August 28th. Hours will be dependent on project scope and student availability.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually and will count towards a summer co-op credit.

Virtual Internship OpportunityBring on one or more students from the Public Relations - Corporate Communications program at Fanshawe College to be your virtual interns! Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Students must complete approximately 224 hours at their placement that will take place between June 1-August 14. (There is some flexibility in the start and end dates.) Weekly hours can be set up individually with each company, but a minimum of 224 hours must be provided for the student to successfully complete the academic course.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually.This virtual internship opportunity is credit-bearing, but students may accept a stipend or honorarium upon completion.
Virtual Projects and Placements in Advanced Ergonomic Studies

The field placement is the culminating experiential learning opportunity for students in Advanced Ergonomic Studies. The project can range from 4 hours to up to 280 hours (8 weeks) depending on the project chosen. The ergonomic students have completed two semesters of intensive theoretical and practical study in the ergonomics discipline. They are available to start June 1st 2020. The virtual field placement project enables students to apply skills and concepts to solve real problems.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually.The student's placements are for credit and therefore unpaid.

Virtual Project Opportunity:Bring on one or more student/(s) from Fanshawe College in the Law Clerk Co-op Endorsed Diploma to conduct a program-related project/Co-op based experience. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the term, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.The Law Clerks internship is sequenced for a 4 and 8 month Co-op. Students are available to engage in an employer-lead project/Co-op as early as Sept. 5/23 and can continue as late as Dec. 15/23 (4 month option), or from Sept. 5/23 to April 19/23 (8 month option).Full-time hours or slightly less is required and will be dependent on project scope and student availability.Student co-ops can occur in-person, virtually or a hybrid and will count towards a co-op credit.Co-ops must be remunerated.

The field placement project enables students to apply skills and concepts to solve real problems.Student placements can occur virtually and onsite with proper Covid protocol.The student's placements are for credit and therefore unpaid. Geographic location is therefore a consideration .
Research and Evaluation Co-op
Students in the Research and Evaluation (Co-Op) have gained a detailed understanding of developing sought-after research and program evaluation skills, that are applicable to employers in a diversity of contexts. Program evaluation in Canada is an expanding industry in terms of both its general use and the diversity of contexts in which it is applied, and our students from Fanshawe College have been at the forefront of this shift through their studies.Students have learned diverse social science research methods and how to apply them with the aim of program evaluation and optimization.
Fall 2021 Virtual Projects as Law Clerks
Virtual Project Opportunity:Bring on one or more student/(s) from Fanshawe College in the Law Clerk diploma to conduct a project-based experience. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the fall term connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Students are available to engage in an employer-lead virtual project sometime between September 7 and December 17. They can start a full-time Co-op as late as September 27. Shifts will be dependent on project scope and student availability, but a minimum of 12 weeks and minimum of 420 hours is required to count towards a Co-op credit.
