Project Management - Q2 (2025)

Project start date is flexible, but project applications must be submitted by June 15, and projects must be finished before June 30, 2025. Learners in this program explore the concepts and skills necessary to transition into project management-based careers. In this course, Learners will learn definitions and processes that contribute to the project management framework. The course will follow the project methodology of the Project Management Institute and explore the project life cycle, stakeholder management, how organizational culture affects project management, scope management, and how a project is created. Learners will prepare for the workplace by learning the foundations of Project Management and its critical role in all industries and work functions.
Data Analysis for Real-World Decision Making - Q2 (2025)

Introduction: This experience invites learners who have completed the foundational modules of the Data Analysis program at Calbright College to engage in real-world projects. Learners will apply their knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and data storytelling to solve industry-relevant challenges. Our learners are equipped to present data-driven solutions that address the needs of your organization, helping inform better decision-making through their analysis and research. Learners will work individually or in small groups of 2-4 students, based on the number of students enrolled at the time. *Project start date is flexible, but projects need to be submitted before June 15 and projects must be finished before June 30 2025* Expectations from Partners: Partners are expected to provide clear project objectives, datasets (if applicable), and a point of contact for communication and feedback. We anticipate active engagement throughout the project. In return, partners will gain fresh insights into their data and actionable recommendations tailored to their business needs.
Strategic Learning & Development Projects - Q2 (2025)

Learners in this program are equipped with the skills to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development (L&D) strategies that align with business goals. They can create digital learning experiences, implement coaching frameworks, curate content for diverse teams, apply gamification techniques, assess learning technologies, and measure training effectiveness using learning analytics. Through projects, learners gain real-world experience in fostering continuous improvement and enhancing workforce development. Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Calbright College to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners will work individually or in small groups of 2-4 students, based on the number of students enrolled at the time. *Project start date is flexible, but project applications must be submitted by June 15 , and projects must be finished before June 30, 2025 . * Learners in this program/experience explore the concepts and skills necessary to transition into information security-based careers. In this course, learners will progress through the program by mastering competencies in the fundamental principles and topics of information security and risk management at the organizational level including hardware, software, processes, communications, applications, and policies and procedures with respect to organizational cybersecurity and risk management.
