Learners in this program are equipped with the skills to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development (L&D) strategies that align with business goals. They can create digital learning experiences, implement coaching frameworks, curate content for diverse teams, apply gamification techniques, assess learning technologies, and measure training effectiveness using learning analytics. Through projects, learners gain real-world experience in fostering continuous improvement and enhancing workforce development.


Learners will work individually or in small groups of 2-4 students, based on the number of students enrolled at the time.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Expected Outcomes:

Learners will engage in real-world learning and development projects aligned with employer needs. Depending on the project scope, they may focus on digital learning strategies, content curation, gamification, coaching frameworks, or learning analytics. Throughout the experience, they will apply industry best practices to solve HR-related challenges, enhance workforce development, and contribute to organizational growth.


Deliverables:

Each project will result in a submission tailored to the employer’s requirements, which may include:

  • Learning Strategy Report – A structured document outlining a digital learning strategy, training framework, or coaching plan (PDF or Word).
  • Training Program or Learning Experience Design – A detailed instructional design plan, including curriculum, lesson plans, or learning modules (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or LMS-compatible formats).
  • Gamification Strategy – A proposal or prototype showcasing gamified learning experiences, complete with engagement metrics (PDF, PPT, or video walkthrough).
  • Content Curation Plan – A research-based content curation strategy, including sourced learning materials and assessment criteria (Excel, Word, or presentation format).
  • Learning Analytics Report – A data-driven analysis of learning effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators (Excel, PDF, or dashboard screenshots).
  • L&D Portfolio – A comprehensive portfolio showcasing the learner’s strategic planning, instructional design, and evaluation capabilities (PDF or website format).
