Students will perform whatever project they are assigned but also evaluate its implications for how an organization provides unique value and its business strategy using Porter's Five Forces model. In addition, students will have to identify possible barriers to the strategy changes they are recommending.

Students will perform whatever project they are assigned but also evaluate its implications for how an organization provides unique value and its business strategy using Porter's Five Forces model. In addition, students will have to identify possible barriers to the strategy changes they are recommending.

Working in groups, graduate students in the Business Analytics program will carry out an analytics project from initial requirements analysis to final implementation by analyzing big data using machine learning algorithms and/or statistical models.

A group of student-consultants will not just perform web analytics for your organization's website(s), but, they will include: Client business overview, which includes an investigation into the purpose of your website(s) Analyze website analytics and review web metrics Create a goal analysis and build KPIs  Implement a Dashboard and recommendations on its future use
