Each value is defined based on your senior leaders' understanding and perception of your business. Moreover, we help you identify behavioral indicators for each core value which you can later incorporate into any leadership development program you may run.
You are also provided with a roadmap that helps you roll out your core values throughout the organization.
Students are guided throughout the project by a seasoned consultant who has worked with many multinational organizations on topics ranging from core values and corporate culture to leadership development.
