Project Examples

During the past three semesters, students extracted core values for 3 Canadian companies, helping them shape their corporate culture, improve hiring processes, as well as improving the role of leaders in communication of core vlaues throughout the organization.

Students are trained to prepare meetings during which your senior leaders will be engaged in exercises to identify your organization's fundamental beliefs. Each value is defined based on your senior leaders' understanding and perception of your business. Moreover, we help you identify behavioral indicators for each core value which you can later incorporate into any leadership development program you may run.

You are also provided with a roadmap that helps you roll out your core values throughout the organization.

Students are guided throughout the project by a seasoned consultant who has worked with many multinational organizations on topics ranging from core values and corporate culture to leadership development.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

During the project, students will meet owners/senior managers of the client organization 4 times. Twice to extract the core values by asking questions, once to present the first draft and receive the clients' feedback, and once to present the final version of the core values model. This is essential. Can you do that?

Owners or senior managers of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
